We’re in for a really fun day at the World Cup
The Norwegian national team was really thinking on its feet today to try to benefit from the France match, despite losing 4-0!
The Norwegian national team decided to field an all-reserve lineup against France because they had already secured their qualification in the second round, so they figured they’d rest all their starters—but where’s the benefit in that?
When Norway did the math, they realized that if they qualified in first place, they’d face Sweden in the Round of 32, and if they won, they’d face Germany in the Round of 16. But if they qualified in second place, they’d face Ivory Coast in the Round of 32, and if they won, they’d face Brazil or Japan in the Round of 16—and they figured it didn’t make much of a difference!
That’s why they decided to get the most out of the match against France:
they rested all their starters, and the entire bench got World Cup experience. By the way, that bench completely dominated France in the second half, and it would’ve been very easy for them to tie the game if they hadn’t missed a penalty kick and a one-on-one chance!

I don’t know how to put this, but Ousmane Dembélé literally made history today in a big way!
Can you believe that Dembélé scored a hat trick today in just 32 minutes? This is the first time that’s happened since the 1994 World Cup—including two goals with his left foot and one from outside the penalty area. A complete hat trick!
Can you believe that before Dembélé scored his hat trick, his expected goals (xG) were only 0.13? But the moment the ball left his foot, that number jumped to 1.29. That’s incredible and proves that Dembélé has terrifying finishing skills!
This is Ousmane Dembélé—the guy people used to mock, saying he wasn’t a star and that he didn’t deserve to be on the French national team because he hadn’t scored in the World Cup before. Today, Dembélé is silencing everyone with one of the greatest hat tricks ever recorded in World Cup history, and he’s also become the second-highest scorer in the tournament behind Messi!

How did Sissoko, Ousmane Dembélé’s agent, completely change his life?
Ousmane Dembélé is one of the players who has been most unfairly judged.
Many people saw him as a careless and undesirable player—someone with exceptional talent who didn’t live up to it—but the truth is that the story was much bigger than that.
Dembélé’s time at Barcelona didn’t go as expected because the club’s and the fans’ expectations were enormous, but Dembélé’s biggest opponent at the time wasn’t his rivals—it was his lifestyle.
A poor diet—such as constantly relying on fast food and soda—along with being late for training and failing to commit to
recovery and rehabilitation sessions—all of which directly contributed to the injuries that began to plague him constantly and could have ended his career.
We must keep in mind that he was still a young player who had just been signed in a massive transfer deal; the media pressure was immense, as were the fans’ expectations.
But the real turning point came when his agent, Moussa Cissoko,
decided to completely transform Dembélé’s lifestyle. He provided him with a personal chef and strictly banned fast food and soda, hired a fitness trainer, and brought in a physical therapist to diagnose the causes of his injuries and treat them properly.
As a result, injuries decreased significantly, and Dembélé’s physical condition improved noticeably.
But the change wasn’t just physical.

Sisoko also hired a performance analyst and began spending time after practice
analyzing his matches, figuring out how to improve, and reaching his peak performance level.
Another very important factor off the field was his marriage, which had a major impact on his personality.
He became calmer and more stable, spending most of his time with his family, and the recklessness that had dominated his life in his early days disappeared. Perhaps more than anything, this story proves that talent alone was never enough.
Look at how far Neymar could have gone, and look at what Mohamed Salah has achieved because of his commitment and discipline. It’s the mindset that makes the real difference.
