The whole journey is one of struggle, hard work, patience, and ambition.
See that man up there?
That man was in his twenties at the time, at the beginning of his career, coaching 8-year-old children!
This man grew up and reached his thirties, got promoted at work, and became the coach of a Danish second division team. Twelve years later, he left Denmark, his home country,
and traveled to England to coach Brentford FC, where he achieved a historic feat and led them to the Premier League!
This year, he is 51 years old and has risen further in his career, coaching Tottenham Hotspur,
one of the six biggest clubs in England, and participating for the first time as a coach in the Champions League!
To get to the picture below, Tottenham beat Villarreal with a clean sheet.
and the 50-year-old man rejoices hysterically at achieving his first victory in his first match in the Champions League!
Between the two pictures lies a 30-year journey
a journey full of struggle, hard work, patience, and ambition
Today, Thomas Frank is undoubtedly the happiest man in the world.

Thomas Frank spoke to reporters at yesterday’s press conference like he was talking to little kids.
He spoke to them with pure joy, telling them that he used to play with Brentford in the second division on a small pitch,
and today he plays on a big pitch in a prestigious competition like the Champions League.
He couldn’t believe the transfer and the new reality he was seeing.
From this, we can say that the coaching profession is extremely difficult.
It’s not easy to get there.
It takes time and extraordinary diligence.
And I won’t lie to you, you need a lot of luck, especially if you have a big name as a former player.
and you were a legend at a big club as well.
Thomas Frank wasn’t like that.
Frank started from the bottom.
It took him 30 years to reach this great position.
