He’s not just a coach, he’s an ideal manager.
Exactly one week ago, Manchester City goalkeeper Scott Carson announced his retirement from football.
He then held a press conference and spoke about details concerning Guardiola, which was truly beautiful.
Carson said that when Manchester City won the historic treble two years ago,
Guardiola refused to take his bonus and donated it to club employees such as receptionists and security guards,
because he felt that they had contributed to the achievement just as much as he had!
Not only that, Carson also said that a year later, when Manchester City won their fourth consecutive league title,
Guardiola surprised around 70 employees by giving them additional bonuses!
The nice thing is that Carson said it was a habit of Guardiola’s, not just a one-off.
Guardiola always distributed his personal bonuses to every employee and worker at the club.
He always liked to motivate everyone to bring out the best in them!
He’s not just a coach, he’s an ideal manager, always caring about people and empathizing with them.
His support for the club’s workers and our sisters proves that he is truly a man of character.
Guardiola is truly a person of utmost beauty.

Scott Carson, City’s retired goalkeeper, is not well known because he was the third goalkeeper and only played one match since moving from Derby County.
He was on a podcast with goalkeeper Fortz and was asked about his opinion of Guardiola. Carson said
“Pep is not just a coach, he is a very pure and kind person. He cared about everyone and the small details.”

Scott said, “Pep always promised the security guards, cooks, assistants, and workers at the club a big reward when he won a championship, and people thought he was joking or exaggerating!
But we were surprised that after every championship, he would distribute about £15,000 from his own pocket to every employee at the club without exception, and he did this six times!
Not only that, but in 2023, after winning the Champions League, the big stars and Pep received a bonus of around £940,000, and Pep distributed it all!
Some of the players were so upset that they donated even larger amounts to the participation fund when they found out what had happened…
In my opinion, Pep and Klopp will never be compensated, no matter what happens in football.
