Flick is the best coach in the world who manages individuals
In last week’s Barcelona vs. Valencia match, Raphinha was late for a pre-match training session and, as a result, didn’t start.
Hansi Flick has a rule that anyone who arrives late for any session or lecture won’t start!
So, yesterday, in the Getafe match, he stood in the same spot, but with Rashford, who was late for morning training and, as a result, didn’t start, despite his brilliance against Newcastle!
The beauty of this playoff is that Flick brought on Raphinha and Rashford in the second half, and they both contributed to another goal.
Raphinha scored two goals, and Rashford assisted the goal. Neither of them was affected psychologically!
Therefore, Lewandowski told Flick that he is the best coach in the world at managing individuals.
He is able to be a supporter and understands the players’ needs to finally bring out the best in them.
At the same time, he encourages commitment and imposes rules that apply to everyone, but does not personalize them for any player.
He maintains control over his patients.
Flick ultimately believes that discipline in everything creates successful people.
To this day, Barcelona is a very successful team.
